Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of the God Grade website, customer account features, and the purchase of products from us.
By accessing our website, creating an account, submitting a return or cancellation request, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, as well as our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, Legal Notice, and any applicable purchase option, pre-order, or cancellation terms displayed on our website.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies your rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), or any applicable consumer protection laws.

Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
You may be entitled to:
- A replacement or refund for a major failure
- Compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage
- Repair or replacement if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure
Where required by law, we will provide appropriate remedies, including refunds, replacements, repairs, or other remedies required under applicable consumer law.
International Customers
God Grade sells products internationally to selected countries.
By placing an order from outside Australia, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are responsible for complying with local laws and import regulations in your country
- Customs duties, taxes, VAT, GST, and import fees may be collected at checkout through our Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service where available
- Where DDP is unavailable, customs duties, taxes, VAT, GST, brokerage fees, and other import charges remain your responsibility
- DDP availability varies by destination, shipping method, product restrictions, and local regulations
- Delivery times may vary due to customs processing and international carrier delays
We are not responsible for delays, inspections, import restrictions, additional charges imposed by customs authorities, or other issues arising from customs clearance processes outside our control.
If an issue arises with customs clearance, import duties, taxes, or delivery charges, customers should contact us as soon as possible. Where we believe assistance is required or appropriate, we will make reasonable efforts to help resolve the matter with the customer, carrier, customs authority, or relevant service provider.

Website Use
You agree not to use this website for unlawful purposes or attempt to interfere with, disrupt, damage, or misuse the operation of the website.
You must not use this website to submit false information, fraudulent claims, unauthorised transactions, misleading return requests, or abusive communications.

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and all activity under your account.
Customers may use their customer account to view orders and submit eligible return or cancellation requests.

Submitting a return or cancellation request through your customer account does not guarantee approval. All requests are assessed in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, applicable purchase option terms, and applicable consumer law.
Age Requirement
By using this website or placing an order, you confirm that you meet applicable age requirements or have permission from a parent or guardian.
Website Information
We aim to ensure product descriptions, images, pricing, availability, release dates, and shipping information are accurate, but occasional errors may occur.
Product images may be edited for presentation purposes, including background removal or minor visual adjustments. These edits do not alter the actual product condition and are not used to conceal defects or misrepresent the item being sold.
In the event of a pricing, product, availability, release date, or listing error, we reserve the right to correct the error, cancel any affected orders, and issue a refund where appropriate, to the extent permitted by law.
Product Availability
Products may become unavailable due to inventory errors, supplier allocation changes, distribution issues, manufacturer delays, or other circumstances outside our control.
We reserve the right to cancel affected orders and issue a full refund, store credit, replacement option, or alternative resolution where appropriate and permitted by law.
Product Condition & Collectibles Disclaimer
Trading cards are collectible items and may contain minor factory or manufacturing imperfections, even when pack-fresh.
- Cards listed as Near Mint (NM) are considered pack-fresh but are not guaranteed to be flawless
- Minor manufacturing imperfections such as print lines, centring variations, small surface marks, minor edge wear, or slight corner whitening may be present and are considered part of the card’s condition
- All cards are imaged using high-resolution scanning to accurately represent condition
- Scanned images may make minor imperfections more visible than they would appear under normal viewing conditions, and this does not indicate additional damage or misrepresentation
- Any visible imperfections shown in listing images are considered disclosed and form part of the card’s condition
- Minor manufacturing imperfections do not necessarily constitute faults under applicable consumer laws
- We do not guarantee grading outcomes for raw cards
- Trading card values may fluctuate due to market demand and collector interest
God Grade does not guarantee any grading outcome from third-party grading companies, including PSA, BGS, CGC, TAG, or others.
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all product images, descriptions, condition notes, and applicable policies before purchasing.
Sealed Products
Sealed products are sold as received from distributors, suppliers, or manufacturers.
We do not guarantee specific contents, pull rates, rarity distribution, card collation, or individual product outcomes from sealed trading card products.
Opened sealed products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns unless required under applicable consumer law.
High-Value Singles & Graded Slabs
Graded cards are sold based on the grade assigned by the relevant grading company at the time of encapsulation.
- We are not responsible for subjective disagreements with assigned grades
- We are not responsible for changes in grading standards
- We are not responsible for market value fluctuations
- We are not responsible for subjective expectations regarding future grading outcomes
Minor cosmetic wear to graded card cases does not constitute a defect unless it materially differs from the listing description or a remedy is required under applicable law.
We may use video, image-based evidence, packing records, shipping records, or other order evidence during packing and dispatch as proof of order condition and contents.
Orders & Pricing
All orders are subject to acceptance, availability, payment confirmation, fraud checks, and verification.
- We may cancel orders affected by pricing, listing, or inventory errors
- We may cancel suspicious or fraudulent transactions
- We may limit quantities per customer, household, order, or account
- We may cancel orders where abuse, misuse, or policy exploitation is detected
Order confirmation emails confirm that we have received your order. They do not guarantee final acceptance where an error, payment issue, fraud concern, stock issue, or allocation issue is later identified.
Order Cancellations
Cancellation requests may be submitted for eligible unfulfilled items until the item has been fulfilled.

Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee approval. All cancellation requests are reviewed in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy, Purchase Options Cancellation Policy, Shipping Policy, and applicable consumer law.
Once an item has been fulfilled, packed, prepared for dispatch, or handed over to the delivery carrier, the order can no longer be cancelled and may instead be assessed under our Return & Refund Policy where applicable.
If an order contains multiple items and only part of the order has been fulfilled, cancellation may only be available for the unfulfilled items.
Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to request verification for orders and cancel where necessary.
For fraud prevention, order verification, insurance purposes, customs compliance, dispute resolution, return assessment, cancellation assessment, and carrier claims, God Grade may create and retain photographs, videos, packing records, shipping records, customs documentation, tracking records, customer correspondence, return request records, cancellation request records, and related transaction evidence associated with customer orders.
High-value orders may be subject to additional verification, signature on delivery, insured shipping, video-recorded packing, or other reasonable security measures.
We reserve the right to refuse orders, returns, cancellations, refunds, or other requests where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, misuse of policies, chargeback misuse, false claims, or attempts to exploit return or cancellation processes, to the extent permitted by law.
Payments
Payments must be completed before dispatch.
We reserve the right to cancel orders where payment is declined, reversed, disputed, flagged as suspicious, or not completed.
Additional verification may be required for certain orders, including high-value orders or orders flagged by fraud prevention systems.
Pre-Orders & Purchase Options
Certain products may be offered as pre-orders, allocation-based purchases, limited releases, or other purchase options.
Pre-order release dates may change and are outside our control.
Pre-orders and allocation-based products are subject to supplier availability, distributor allocations, manufacturer delays, release date changes, and product availability.
Cancellation requests for eligible unfulfilled pre-order items may be submitted until the item has been fulfilled, unless separate cancellation terms are clearly stated on the product page and permitted by law.
Once a pre-order item has been fulfilled, packed, prepared for dispatch, or handed over to the delivery carrier, it can no longer be cancelled and may instead be assessed under our Return & Refund Policy where applicable.
If a supplier reduces, delays, or cancels our allocation, God Grade may cancel affected orders and provide a full refund, store credit, replacement option, or alternative resolution where available.
If we are unable to supply a product you have paid for, we will provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping terms are outlined in our Shipping Policy.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM AWST on business days are typically dispatched the same day, subject to stock availability and operational requirements. Further details are available in our Shipping Policy.
International shipping may be offered using Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) services through third-party providers. Additional information regarding customs duties, taxes, import fees, refused shipments, customs delays, and international shipping responsibilities can be found in our Shipping Policy.
Once an item has been fulfilled or dispatched, shipping delays alone do not automatically constitute grounds for cancellation or refund, unless otherwise required under applicable consumer law.
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Returns, refunds, and cancellations are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Eligible return requests must be submitted within 30 days from delivery of the last item in the order, unless a remedy is required under applicable consumer law.
God Grade provides free return shipping for approved online returns as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.
God Grade does not charge restocking fees on approved returns.

Market Volatility
Trading Card Game products, sealed products, single cards, and graded cards may be subject to rapid price changes and secondary market fluctuations.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that:
- Prices may rise or fall after purchase
- Product availability and market value may change between the time of order and delivery
- Supplier allocations may change before release
- Secondary market prices may increase or decrease after purchase
Market value changes, pricing differences, buyer’s remorse, grading expectations, or changes in secondary market value do not constitute defects or automatic grounds for return, refund, cancellation, or compensation, except where permitted under our policies or required under applicable law.
Chargebacks & Disputes
If you experience an issue with your order, we ask that you contact us first so we can attempt to resolve the matter.
We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks, payment disputes, false claims, or fraudulent claims with supporting evidence, including order records, tracking records, delivery confirmation, packing footage, customer correspondence, return request records, cancellation request records, and other relevant documentation.
Nothing in this section limits any rights customers may have under applicable consumer law.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, God Grade is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of this website, reliance on website information, shipping delays, customs delays, market value fluctuations, grading outcomes, or the purchase of products.
Where liability cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified, our liability is limited to the remedies required under applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies your rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), or any applicable consumer protection laws.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, product photography, scanned images, branding, graphics, layout, and logos, is the property of God Grade unless otherwise stated.
Trading card artwork, names, logos, set names, trademarks, and intellectual property are the property of their respective owners.
God Grade is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially associated with any trading card game publisher, manufacturer, grading company, or rights holder unless expressly stated.
You may not reproduce, distribute, copy, modify, scrape, republish, or use any content from this website without prior written permission.
