Return & Refund Policy

At God Grade, we are collectors first. We understand how important condition, authenticity, and trust are within the trading card community.
Purchases made on this website are also subject to our Terms of Service.
These return and cancellation rules apply to eligible items purchased after the rules were turned on or updated.
Your Rights Under Applicable Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), or any applicable consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Self-Serve Returns & Cancellations
Customers can request eligible returns and cancellations through their customer account.

Through your customer account, you may be able to:
- Request a return for eligible fulfilled items within the return window
- Request a cancellation for eligible unfulfilled items before the item has been fulfilled
- View your order details and return request status
Submitting a return or cancellation request does not guarantee approval. All requests are reviewed in line with this Return & Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.
We may request additional information, photos, videos, or documentation before approving a return, cancellation, refund, replacement, or other remedy.
Return Window
Eligible return requests must be submitted within 30 days from delivery of the last item in the order.
Where the return window ends on a weekend or public holiday, the return period may be extended to account for weekends or public holidays.
Return requests submitted outside the return window may be declined unless a remedy is required under applicable consumer law.
Return Authorisation
All returns must be authorised by God Grade before being sent back.

Returns sent without prior approval may be refused or returned to the sender.
Approved returns must be shipped using the return instructions or return label provided by God Grade.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests may be submitted for eligible unfulfilled items until the item has been fulfilled.

Once an item has been fulfilled, packed for dispatch, or handed over to the delivery carrier, the order can no longer be cancelled and may instead be assessed under our return policy where applicable.
If an order contains multiple items and only part of the order has been fulfilled, cancellation may only be available for the unfulfilled items.
Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
Sealed Products
Sealed trading card products include booster packs, booster boxes, tins, starter decks, elite trainer boxes, collection boxes, cases, and other factory sealed products.
Sealed trading card products are sold as received from authorised distributors.
Due to the nature of sealed trading card products:
- We do not guarantee specific card contents, pull rates, or rarity distribution
- Manufacturer defects, collation issues, or packaging inconsistencies are outside our control
- Opened sealed products cannot be returned for change of mind
Change-of-mind returns for sealed products are accepted only where:
- The return request is submitted within the 30-day return window
- The product remains unopened and factory sealed
- The product is returned in original, resellable condition
- The return has been approved by God Grade
God Grade provides free return shipping for approved returns.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.
God Grade does not charge restocking fees on approved returns.
Single Cards
All single card sales, including raw and graded cards, are final and are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
Due to market volatility and condition sensitivity, single card sales are considered final for change of mind.

Cards listed as Near Mint (NM) are considered pack-fresh but are not guaranteed to be flawless.
Minor manufacturing imperfections such as print lines, centring variations, small surface marks, minor edge wear, or slight corner whitening may be present even on pack-fresh cards and may still fall within Near Mint condition.
All cards are imaged using high-resolution scanning to accurately represent condition.
Scanned images may make minor imperfections more visible than they would appear under normal viewing conditions. This is a result of accurate imaging and does not indicate additional damage or misrepresentation.
Any visible imperfections shown in listing images are considered disclosed and form part of the card’s condition.
Due to the reflective nature of foil and holographic cards, certain surface marks may only be visible under specific viewing conditions or angles and may not always be fully represented in images.
Condition is assessed without magnification, and individual expectations may vary. Buyers are responsible for carefully reviewing all listing images before purchasing.
God Grade does not guarantee any grading outcome from third-party grading companies, including PSA, BGS, CGC, TAG, or others, regardless of condition description or card appearance.
Returns for single cards will only be considered where:
- The incorrect item was received
- The card does not materially match the listing description
- There is undisclosed significant damage
- A remedy is required under applicable consumer law
Returns will not be accepted for minor condition concerns, manufacturing imperfections, subjective grading expectations, market value changes, or issues that were visible in listing images.
Any issue with a single card must be submitted within the 30-day return window. For damaged parcels or delivery-related issues, customers should contact us within 48 hours of delivery where possible and provide clear images of the item and packaging.
We may request additional evidence, including images, videos, or documentation, to assess any claim.
All claims are subject to review and verification.
We will assess the issue and offer a replacement, store credit, repair, or refund where required under applicable law.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless required by law:
- Opened sealed products where the factory seal has been broken
- Single cards, raw or graded, for change of mind
- Items damaged due to misuse, alteration, grading submission, cleaning, or improper handling after delivery
- Items not returned in their original condition
- Items returned without approval
Return Shipping
God Grade provides free return shipping for approved online returns.
Free return shipping does not apply to returns using Point of Sale, where applicable.
Customers must use the return method or return label provided by God Grade where one is supplied.
Approved returns must be shipped within 7 days of authorisation unless otherwise agreed.
We may decline a refund or reduce the refund amount where returned items are not received, arrive damaged due to poor return packaging, or are not returned in the required condition, to the extent permitted by law.
Where permitted by law, partial refunds may be issued if an item is returned in a condition different from its original state.
Shipping timeframes, delivery estimates, and carrier responsibilities are outlined in our Shipping Policy.
Once an item has been fulfilled, delays in shipping or delivery do not automatically constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.
Refund Processing
God Grade does not charge restocking fees on approved returns.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds will usually be issued within 5–10 business days after approval and receipt of the returned item, where a return is required.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.
If a refund is required due to a major failure under applicable consumer law, original shipping costs will also be refunded where required.
Any duties, taxes, customs charges, or import fees paid to government authorities or third-party service providers may not be refundable by God Grade and may be subject to the policies of the relevant authority or service provider.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery where possible with clear photos of the packaging and contents.
If a parcel is declared lost by the shipping carrier:
- An investigation must be completed by the carrier before any resolution is provided
- If confirmed lost, we will provide a replacement, if available, or a refund where appropriate
Claims may be subject to carrier investigation timeframes.
International Orders
God Grade uses Zonos to provide Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) services for eligible international orders.
For orders where DDP is available and selected at checkout, applicable duties, taxes, VAT, GST, and import fees may be calculated and collected during checkout.
Where DDP is unavailable, customs duties, taxes, VAT, GST, brokerage fees, and other import charges remain the responsibility of the customer and may be collected by customs authorities or the delivery carrier.
Customers are responsible for complying with local import laws and regulations.
If a parcel is refused, unclaimed, returned to sender, or rejected by customs:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Any duties, taxes, return shipping fees, storage fees, customs charges, carrier charges, or handling costs incurred may be deducted from any refund where permitted by law
- If the shipment is destroyed or abandoned by customs or the carrier, no refund may be available
We are not responsible for parcels delayed, held, refused, or seized by customs or regulatory authorities.
Refunds for international orders will only be processed once the returned item is received back by us in its original condition, unless otherwise required by law.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order cancellation requests may be submitted until the item has been fulfilled, unless separate cancellation terms are clearly stated on the product page and permitted by law.

Once a pre-order item has been fulfilled or handed over for dispatch, it can no longer be cancelled and may instead be assessed under our return policy where applicable.
If a supplier cancels a product or significantly delays a release, customers may choose a refund or store credit where appropriate.
Nothing in this section limits any rights customers may have under applicable consumer law.
High-Value Orders & Fraud Prevention
For high-value singles, sealed products, and graded cards:
- Orders may be video recorded during packing for fraud prevention
- Signature on delivery may be required
- Insured shipping may be mandatory
We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds where we reasonably suspect abuse of our policies, fraudulent activity, or attempts to exploit return processes.
God Grade is not responsible for:
- Market value fluctuations after purchase
- Subjective disagreements with third-party grading companies
- Minor cosmetic case scratches or scuffs on graded slabs
Minor cosmetic wear to graded card cases does not constitute a defect and is not grounds for return.
Incorrect Address Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details when placing an order.
If a parcel is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details:
- Reshipping fees may apply
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Any carrier return fees or handling costs may be deducted from any refund where permitted by law
