At God Grade, we take pride in securely packaging and dispatching collectible trading card products. We understand that condition matters, especially for sealed products and high-value singles.
Purchases made on this website are also subject to our Terms of Service.
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
During major releases, promotional events, or peak periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.
Processing times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Pre-orders ship on or shortly after the official release date unless otherwise stated. Release dates are determined by suppliers and may change.
Australian Shipping
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- WA Metro: 2–5 business days
- Interstate: 3–8 business days
- Express: 1–3 business days
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
International Shipping
God Grade ships internationally to selected countries.
Estimated delivery timeframe:
- 7–21 business days depending on destination, carrier, and customs processing

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, GST, import taxes, or clearance fees imposed by your country.
These charges are:
- Not included in product or shipping prices
- The sole responsibility of the customer
God Grade does not control, collect, or estimate these charges and is not responsible for any additional fees imposed by customs authorities.
Customs Delays & Import Issues
Delays may occur due to customs processing, which is outside our control.
God Grade is not responsible for:
- Customs delays
- Import restrictions or regulations in your country
- Parcels held, inspected, refused, or seized by customs or regulatory authorities
Refused or Unclaimed Shipments
If an order is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to unpaid customs charges or failure to collect the parcel:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping and handling fees may be deducted from any refund where applicable
Shipping Carriers & Tracking
We use trusted shipping carriers. Tracking is provided where available.
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is managed by the shipping carrier.
Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may be subject to delays or inaccuracies outside our control.
Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and contacting the carrier where necessary.
Risk of Loss & Delivery
Risk of loss and ownership of goods passes to the customer upon confirmed delivery to the address provided at checkout.
For international shipments, responsibility may transfer once the parcel is handed to the shipping carrier, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
If tracking confirms delivery to the provided address, the parcel will be considered delivered.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery location is secure.
By placing an order, you authorise the shipping carrier to leave the parcel at the delivery address where deemed safe, unless signature confirmation is selected or required.
Once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier, God Grade is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage occurring after delivery.
We are not responsible for parcels redirected, forwarded, or handled by third-party services after dispatch.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer laws.
High-Value Orders & Security
For high-value singles and graded cards:
- Signature confirmation may be required
- Insurance may be included
- Orders may be video recorded during packing for fraud prevention
We reserve the right to upgrade shipping methods for security purposes.
Insurance, where included, is subject to the carrier’s terms and claim process.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and contents.
Failure to report issues within 48 hours may affect our ability to assist with the claim.
If a parcel is declared lost by the carrier:
- An investigation must be completed by the carrier before any resolution is provided
- If confirmed lost, we will provide a replacement (if available) or refund at our discretion
Any claims for loss or damage are subject to the terms and limitations of the shipping carrier.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address:
- Reshipping fees will apply
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Orders may be cancelled and refunded minus applicable costs at our discretion
Partial Shipments
Orders may be shipped in multiple packages where necessary. Additional shipping charges will not apply unless agreed in advance.
PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers
Shipping to PO Boxes or parcel lockers may be unavailable for certain carriers or high-value shipments.
Delays Outside Our Control
Shipping delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:
- Carrier disruptions
- Weather events
- Industrial action
- Customs processing
- Public holidays
Shipping delays alone do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.
