The Dragon Ball Super Card Game Fusion World Wish for Shenron (FB07) expansion centers around Shenron, the legendary dragon summoned when the seven Dragon Balls are gathered. This set introduces powerful new cards with enhanced illustrations and upgraded collectible features.

The expansion features Shenron as a Leader Card, introducing unique abilities not seen in previous leaders. Additional Leader Cards from multiple Dragon Ball series are also included, featuring characters from Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero, Dragon Ball DAIMA, and Dragon Ball GT.

Collectability is enhanced through upgraded Super Rare Alternate Art cards (SR★) featuring brush-style illustrations and textured gold foil finishes. The number of Super Rare cards increases to 15, and the set also includes additional Alternate Art versions of Super Combo cards, along with alternate artwork for selected lower rarity cards.
